Questions

Everything you need to know before you begin your practice

What should I bring?

Come as you are. A cushion helps, but we have them. Wear something that lets you breathe and move without thinking about it.

How long are sessions?

Most meditations run between forty-five minutes and an hour. Some go longer when the energy calls for it. Time dissolves when you're in the flow.

Is this for beginners?

Yes. We meet people where they are. Whether you've sat a thousand times or never at all, there's a place for you here in this circle.

What if I get emotional?

Tears are part of the work. The heart opens and sometimes it needs to release. We hold space for whatever comes up without judgment.

Can I attend online?

Yes. The transmission travels through the screen. You'll need a quiet space and a steady connection, but the grace reaches you just the same.

What's the cost?

Single sessions are affordable. We also offer subscriptions for those who want to sit with us every Tuesday. Choose what works for your life.
